Do you want to explore beyond 18 meters? Discover a whole new world.

The PADI Deep Diver specialty allows you to dive up to 40 meters deep, opening the doors to a completely different underwater world. You'll explore historic wrecks, dramatic walls, and marine life that only exists in the depths.

It's one of the most exciting specialties and will give you access to diving experiences that most divers never get to live.

How is the course?

1. Online theory: Learn about the effects of depth, narcosis, planning, and safety.

2. Open water practice: 4 progressive deep dives, descent techniques, and buoyancy control.

Requirements

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
At least 15 years old
Good general health
Willingness to explore new limits
Recommended to have at least 20 logged dives
Sign the mandatory diving forms

What's next?

With your Deep Diver certification, you'll be able to access deep dives and discover new limits. You can continue with other advanced specialties like Nitrox or Wreck Diving.
